This policy explains what personal information MTJR-OW (mtjr-ow-boost.com) collects when you use our rank boosting services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: your email address, name, username and password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from that provider.
- Order details: the game, platform, current and target rank, selected options, notes you write, coupon codes, and the contact handles you give us for the boost (Discord username and WhatsApp number).
- Payment details: the payment method, amount, status and the reference numbers returned by the payment provider. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page and never reach or get stored on our servers.
- Messages and files: order chat messages and any files you upload to an order.
- Security and device data: sign-in times, IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, used to protect your account and detect suspicious sign-ins.
- Preferences stored in your browser: language, currency and whether you have seen an announcement.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and sign you in.
- To process, carry out and support your orders, including contacting you about them on Discord, WhatsApp or by email.
- To take payments, issue invoices and handle refunds.
- To send service emails such as order confirmations, status updates, password resets and security alerts.
- To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Google user data
When you choose "Continue with Google", we request only your basic profile: name, email address and profile picture. We use this data solely to create your account, sign you in and show your name in your dashboard. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below that host our authentication. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who we share information with
- Supabase: hosts our database and user accounts.
- Cloudflare: hosts the website and handles our email routing.
- Resend: sends our service emails.
- Payment providers (TuwaiqPay, PayLink, NeoPay, PayPal): process your payment when you choose them.
- Google and Apple: only if you choose to sign in with them.
- The booster assigned to your order: receives the order details needed to complete it.
- Authorities: when the law requires it.
We share only what each provider needs to do its job:
How long we keep it
We keep account and order information while your account is active and for as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. Security logs are kept for a limited period. When you delete your account we delete or anonymise your personal information, except records we must keep by law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing support@mtjr-ow-boost.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also update your name and contact details from your dashboard.
Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, access to customer data is limited to staff who need it, and accounts can use two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private.
Children
Our services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know by email or on the site.
